With E.D. ‘Ned” Cuffe was one of the two most important people in the development of the early Claremont-Cottesloe Football Club. He was a member of the original Cottesloe Beach side and participated in the second Rate Junior Football Association in 1906. Worked with the club till he could guide it into the W.A.F.L competition in 1926.
